    To enhance your experience on the Channel, we have developed a network of carefully selected travel suppliers. These suppliers provide the packages that are shown on the Channel.

  2. How do I book a holiday package on myTravelChannel.com?

    When you have identified a package that you are interested in, your exact holiday details (e.g. dates of travel, number of passengers) are sent to the travel supplier for a quotation. Once we receive this from the supplier, it is automatically forwarded to you. Each quotation has a validity of 48 hours from receipt of the quotation.

  3. How do I change, cancel or get a refund for a holiday package booking?

    If you wish to make any changes to a booked holiday package or special offer you should contact the travel supplier directly. Note, you should read the cancellation policy of your package carefully, as charges may apply - this should be provided to you when you paid for the package from the travel supplier.
