1. Can I be assured that my reservation will be confirmed and guaranteed by the car company?

   Once you have made your booking, we will email a confirmation together with your travel itinerary and booking reference number to you. It is recommended that you print these emails, in case you want to ask any questions prior to your pick-up.

2. Can I rent a car from locations other than at an airport?

   Yes! At the time of your booking, all the available pick-up points are presented. It is your decision where you would like to pick-up your vehicle.

3. Can I use discount coupons, special corporate rates, or government rates on your site?

   Due to the number and variety of such rates and promotional coupons, we are unable to process them at this time.

4. Can I cancel a car reservation I made on your web site?

   At present, we do not provide the capability to cancel a car reservation online. We recommend that you either contact us via email or the car rental company (Holiday Autos) directly using the details provided in the car itinerary provided when you made the booking.

   Please check the car rental company cancellation policies because If you fail to cancel your reservation by the required cancellation deadline, the car rental company may charge your credit card for the first day's rental, plus the applicable taxes and service charges.

5. Will the car rental price quoted be the total amount of my car rental?

   There are no "hidden" costs - all car rental rates from our provider, Holiday Autos, include unlimited mileage (except in Canada & Australia), third party insurance, collision damage waiver liability (cdw), theft waiver, insurance excess refund, airport surcharges, bail bonds (where needed) and all local taxes except in Australia where taxes are paid locally by law.
